Zimbabwe has today extended its current national lockdown in the fight against Coronavirus.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa has announced that after careful consideration he and his government has decided to extend the lock down by 14 more days.
Zimbabwe at the moment has not much cases of the virus as they have only 25 confirmed positive cases three deaths and two recoveries.
The President said extending the lockdown is a noble way to flatten the curve and prevent the spread since more citizens are coming into the country from highly infected countries.
The extension will also be reviewed after 14 days
