South Africa hits more than 17 000 infections
The Republic of South Africa has hit the highest number of cases in Africa.
Yesterday Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize announced through microbloging site Twitter that cases of Coronavirus infections are now on 17 200.
Deaths have also increased as they are hovering on 312 deaths as of 19 May 2020.
However a lot of people have recovered as 7960 people have recovered from the virus.
South Africa is currently on a level 4 of its lockdown but many cities will soon move to level 3 where some regulations will be eased.
Schools for exam writing classes are set to be opened by the 1st of June 2020.
