Malema and Maimane speak on Corruption in Zimbabwe

South Africa opposition leaders Julius Malema of Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and Mmusi Maimane former leader of Democratic Alliance ( DA) have spoken out on corruption taking place in Zimbabwe.

Malema posted a tweet applauding those that have taken the bold step in exposing corruption in Zimbabwe .

Zimbabwe has been caught up in a Covid-19 testing kits corruption scandal which has since been exposed by Pan African Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono.

Malema and Maimane who have always been in loggerheads in parliament have come to an agreement that corruption needs to be dealt with in Zimbabwe.

Malema said, “we applaud the fight against corruption and looting of public funds going on in Zimbabwe… They is nothing revolutionary or patriotic about theiving, Pasi neMbavha ( Down with thieves).”

Maimane then respond to the tweet saying the President Mnangagwa must stop abusing people.
