The American actor Will Smith is about to release his memoir titled Will. This is expected to be a tell-all kind of a book, as his fans will get to know all the trials and tribulations that he has faced thus far.

At the same time highlights all his wins and losses that have made him a better person. Even though he has had his dirty laundry publicised that involved his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith, it seems like he’s willing to open about his traumas.

After all, many people view the Smiths as an ideal black family that had everything in order. Hence, in most cases, they’ve been used as references in life by other fellow people.

One thing that has caught people’s eyes is that Will contemplated killing his late father. As there were a lot of issues within his household, that made his childhood difficult.

After Will’s parents battled back and forth with their marriage, they ended up calling it quits in the year 2000. This affected him as a child as he had to make sound decisions that were going to determine where his life was headed.

The Alladin star was always close to his mother Caroline, and felt the urge to protect her from his father Willard who constantly abused her within their marriage. Will thought about harming his father as he was taking care of him since he struggled with cancer. All that was ringing on the veteran actor’s mind was to do revenge for his mother, as he didn’t have a great childhood and part of it was caused by his father.

“That when I was big enough, when I was strong enough, when I was no longer a coward, I would slay him,” wrote Smith in his book.

The relationships between a child and his parents will forever be crucial; as they’re supposed to pave the way for their offspring and give him all the necessary knowledge to find his way in this world.

The father of three had it all planned in his head in terms of how he was going to murder Willard. Oh well, he gave it a thought and that’s when he realised that he had to be a bigger person in this situation and not do something that he would later regret.

“I paused at the top of the stairs. I could shove him down, and easily get away with it. I’m Will Smith. No one would ever believe I killed my father on purpose. I’m one of the best actors in the world.

My 911 call would-be Academy Award level. As the decades of pain, anger, and resentment coursed been receded, I shook my head and proceeded to wheel Daddio to the bathroom,” wrote Smith on his book.
