After his prison release, Khathide got hooked with old bosses who hooked him to distribute the famous Red Pill drug, which flooded the streets of KwaMashu.

Adverse effects of the Red Pill triggered interest from the police, who went full force to apprehend perpetrators behind the drug distribution.

Mondli and his police team arrested Khathide’s foot soldier Mduduzi, and MaMlambo set to get implicated as an accomplice. He keeps on threatening and blackmailing MaMlambo after his housemate busted his drug distribution business.

Khathide’s arrest will resurrect Mastermind back on Uzalo. According to Tuesday 4 January 2022 teasers, Mastermind plays his last card to sort jailed Khathide out.
