Actress Dawn Thandeka King who is popular for playing the role of MaNgcobo on Uzalo has pulled out a stunning R1.5million Jaguar SUV car. Her thrust into the stardom came after being cast in Lockdown.

However, she has fast become one of Mzansi’s finest since then. In the wake of her Lockdown gig, she has been winning big from starring on Mzansi most-watched drama series Uzalo to Diep City.

In the SABC1’s drama series Uzalo, Dawn Thandeka King starred as MaNgcobo, who happened to be Nkunzi’s wife. Despite being the face of the drama series, she dumped the drama series in the eleventh hour. Even up to now reasons behind her exit are yet unknown.

However, rumour has it that the bubbly actress kissed her MaNgcobo on-screen character goodbye in the backdrop of salary woes. In the wake of her exit, she has secured another lead role as Mashenge on Mzansi Magic’s drama series Diep City.

On Diep City, she stars a domestic worker, a complete opposite to her Uzalo character. Mashenge is a mother of two troublesome daughters, Nox and Lungile.

And Bonga character, played by Hamilton Dlamini, happens to be Mashenge’s husband on-screen. She also stars alongside some of the biggest names on small screens, Mduduzi Mabaso, best known as Suffocate Ndlovu on Rhythm City.

No doubt Diep City is one of those big-budget drama series. With its star-studded cast, one can conclude that the showrunners pay their cast well. Rumour has it that the bubbly actress earns between R85 000-R95 000 per month. And it seems as if he is capping her celebrity status with the finest things money can offer, from designer clothes to expensive rides.

Dawn Thandeka King has added a new Jaguar SUV with a market value of R1.5 million to her million-dollar fleet. It seems as if she has just introduced Mzansi to her new baby. The bubbly shared a series of pictures of the SUV and captioned them: “Jaguar Mama”.

Congratulatory flooded on social media, and Mzansi was more than impressed by her purchase. We can all agree that her ancestors are working overtime, given her big wins of late.
