Actress Connie Ferguson has had her fair share of pain following the death of her husband Shona last year.
We might also have experienced the loss of a loved one at some point in time and we understand that some days are better than others.
Connie has been taking us through her grieving and healing process on her social media pages.
This time she took to her Instagram page and wrote a very heartfelt message to the late Shona Ferguson.
“I am strong because you loved me unreservedly, unconditionally. I laugh because the sound of your laughter still rings loudly in my ears. I’m at peace because you prayed with me and for me. I’ll never stop thanking God for you my LOVE. We WILL meet again. I love you for ETERNITY. ”
Bra Sho, as he was also known succumbed to Covid-19 complications, and filling the gap he left could have been and still is a hard task.
Connie has been really working hard to fulfil the couple’s projects.
Recently, Connie revealed what’s next following the cancellation of their flagship show, The Queen.
Multichoice confirmed reports by entertainment commentators that the popular show was coming to an end.
She took to her Instagram story and stated the new season of Kings of Joburg is on the way.
She shared a behind-the-scenes Instagram story that was posted by television producer Sabelo Mgidi.
The tv producer’s post read:
“KINGS OF JOBURG SEASON 2! After many months with the pen, it’s finally time!!! The KINGS ARE BACK!”
Sabelo also said he hopes his Grootman (the late Shona Ferguson) is proud of the Ferguson Films team.
