Generations The Legacy April 2022 teasers had revealed that Khabonina Qubeka who plays the role of Oby will be returning to the soapie. Oby left Generations The Legacy after her dark magic shenanigans were exposed by Tsidi Moroka and her team. She ran off after her supernatural powers were stripped off her, leaving behind her husband Kumkani Phakade.

The actress seems to be returning to the soapie not alone, but with someone who is said to be in a relationship with her. Khabonina Qubeka will be bringing along Herald Khumalo , who will play Philani her partner in crime .

It seems she’s bringing back the suspense and mystery on the show. ” A devious couple with a horrifying hidden agenda ” wrote entertainment commentator Phil Mphela.

Generations The Legacy viewers were disappointed with how Oby left the show. Oby was determined to avenge her brother’s death, therefore she didn’t seem like someone who’d just give up and run away after being stripped off her powers.

Is she coming back to finish what she started with Ayanda or has another mission to accomplish? Well guess the only way to find out is to watch the soapie on SABC1 weekdays at 8pm.

The teasers for episode 112(1932) which will be broadcasted on Tuesday, 26 April 2022, has revealed that Oby is still a manipulative and conniving woman like before. Oby will manipulate a young girl to get information for her secret agenda. Clearly a leopard can never change its spots and Oby will never change her devious ways.

The teasers have not revealed if Oby will return with her supernatural powers back, but it seems she comes with a new strategy and agenda. Viewers are excited about the character’s return and are looking forward to see her on screen.

Khabonina Qubeka is exceptionally talented, there’s no doubt she’ll be bringing back all the heat and drama on the show.
