South African seasoned actor Khaya Dladla has been reportedly to have quit being a gayan into a straight man.
The actor who has been proudly gay and has portrayed such characters on top television shows such as Uzalo and House Of Zwide and many others has now decided to turn his life around.
Khaya who responds to the pronouns She and Her will now respond to pronouns He and him.
This information comes from a source very close to the actor who spoke to the publication on condition of anonymity. The anonymous tip comes as the actor is still finding his way hence the need to keep it under wraps for now.
“He has decided to turn his life around, but he doesn’t want the public to know about it as yet because it’s all new territory for him and he’s taking baby steps to it,” said the source.
The source went on to reveal that for the sake of acting and his job he will continue portraying the gay character but it with new roles he’ll start auditioning for straight male roles.
“It’s not clear what the plan is going forward but what I know is that for now he will continue with his current acting roles as they are. He will however start auditioning for straight male roles. He’s good at it as we saw when he did it on eHostela Season 2. I’m confident my friend will do it. He’s an actor after all that’s what he does for a living,” added the mol.
We could not get through to Khaya to get an official comment partening this matter. We are here to support her in whatever steps she decides to take with her life.
Khaya has had an ugly fall out with her previous relationship with her fiance. The news of their breakup was all over social media as infidelity was amongst many other reasons why she and her fiance who is a well known business man decided to calm it quits.
